so basically a framework with the government is not in place yet, that’s how i read it...really i can’t see people taking up the $40m loan note until this has been put to bed. maybe i’m wrong here but you would think you can’t mine until it’s in place imo. the fact it’s in the dfs is irrelevant except from a financial sense.
