Not necessarily.
Each lender has limits in terms of what they will lend against each individual stock. VPG has crashed so badly over the past 12 months, the market cap is now tiny, so it looks like they've just run up against the limit of what they will lend.
They are NOT reducing the LVR for existing loans, but will not write new loans.
