    so it seems there is something in the network costs that includes greening electrical power

    what that is I don't know, but the pie chart shows that greening power is now around 30% when before it was nothing

    solar power is fed back into the grid, so people without solar power are subsidizing those who do have it

    you can spin the number whichever way you like, besides you cant keep gold plating your network forever, the previous spend means it is unlikely to contribute much into the future, so its contribution will go down from now on
