PPKME wont be listed on the ASX so its not required to release any announcements to market of significant deals or the like. In all likely hood the only information you will receive from the company is the HY and FY reports, that will probably be emailed to you.
I got an email from Finixia offering to buy my shares. I didn't respond to it so I don't know what price they were offering.
