Prana rallied from the mid 30's on the expectation of HD results , yet not only is there a delay but some problems with data. As far as cognition with AD phase 2a results the main score used in this disease ADAS-cog did not have a statistical improvement after 12 weeks. Is there going to be further improvement with time , i dont know but we will see what happens when 2b results come out. But with much less patients recieving pbt2 than the 2a trial, 28 i think how much trust does one place on these results. A phase 3 on 500 to 1000 patients costing 100 to 200m will only prove whether it works. Others do similar trials targeting ABETA have better access to funding for their trials. Will Prana get funding to get phase 3 off the ground or will they have to do a highly dilutive deal.
