    Prawn parcels:

    Pulse in the food processor the following:
    100 ml coconut milk.
    2 spring onions.
    5 mm ginger.
    25 gm coriander.
    ½ deseed red chilli or ½ teaspoon jerk paste.
    zest and juice of ½ lime.1 clove garlic.
    ½ to 1 teaspoon cumin.
    ½ teaspoon garam masala.
    ¼ teaspoon turmeric.
    ½ teaspoon palm sugar or brown sugar.
    a few splashes soy sauce.
    a few splashes sake.

    Coat 500 gm of smallish raw shell prawns with the paste.

    Form pockets with two lays of foil and crimp edges to form a parcels.

    Place the prawns in the parcels.

    Barbecue on the charcoal webber with the lid on.
