Thought. Let's say RAU are in China as we speak and are negotiating the sale of RAU based on the current SP. Let's say the chinese company haven't signed anything and are getting nervous because of the SP escalating. That might explain why one of the top option holders was trying to keep the price of the options capped so that it didn't run away and blow the deal. Seeing as this tactic wasn't working maybe they were forced to reveal their hand and this will be the basis of the trading halt?
