The right to the presumption of innocence is applicable to all the things above, however those are just a subset.
The right doesn't come from "article 14".
It has been around since Roman times. It was also adopted into cannon law which predates the common law. It was adopted into English common law hundreds of years ago, it is sometimes referred to as "the golden thread".
The concept of habeas corpus is also an adaption of it. The process of applying for search warrants for instance applies it.
Put simply you can't just assume someone is guilty.
