I suspect that we could see a 50/50 JV with a POSCO or a Mitsui where they acquire 50% of HIO, which would/should allow HIO to raise their portion of the construction costs at $2/$3 triggering the binding agreement with Flinders to finance, build, own and operate the port at Myponie...good luck to all holders!!!
