IMO - Around $1.40 without a commercial strike in Hector/Hector South & no problems with Pike River.

AWE seem bullish on the Hector & Hector South permits, & have stated in there presentations the potential of up to 1.4 billion barrels recoverable!
The fact is NZO belive there may be something in the region of 50 - 60mmbo, which is still twice the Tui field!
I'm assuming there is no oil at Hector & any commercial find is a bonus & should be viewed as such.
NZO have $1.50 options expiring in June 08, so i'd like to see the SP well above that level...
