You make some good points. Yes the decline is 1/7 but all the barren rock does not get treated. Barren rock, or waste ore, is discarded in stockpiles. Geologists determine if there is any merit in processing and if so, this may go to a low grade stockpile for future processing. The costs to determine the decline is essentially part of the capital requirement to access these extremely high grade pods. Once in there, they process the high grade ore where the costs to process are miniscule compared to projected revenues generated by 14 g/t ore. Even with some dilution, say 10-20%, the head grade still comes back at close to 12 g/t.
