If and when the scheme goes thru, where are the AWE shares going to come from. I think they are going to be new issues which means that there will be more AWE shares around, which means a dilution of AWE shares price; is that correct? AWE shares will no longer be 4.10 then would it? Prhaps that's why ARQ is not being valued a bit higher now.
