Personally - I think the sale is a never ending problem... You could have easily said the it'd be a nice christmas present to get the deal done this time last year (and you would never have dared say it could drag out until this christmas). On that basis... it's not unthinkable to be here again at this time next year. So... yeah, I dont think problems with the sale are a possibility. I think its near certain.
