probably silly question

If TMR offload IBR assets to pay off Debt do they retain or lose the $142m tax loss benefit (or some of it depending of the price of asset sales) for 08/09.

The reason i'm asking is if they sold IBR and other assets to pay off debt (or some of it), kept mining copper with grade and production improving and they retain the $142m tax loss benefit for this financial year that would not be the worst thing. But if they sold off assets to pay back debt and lost the tax benefit that would not be so good.

I assume they retain the tax benefit, is that correct?
