I dont know how business works in some south eastern European countries, but I will tell a quick story. I was in Odessa in a restaurant and a rather large man flanked by two strong looking trim men on each side walk in to the restaurant. The plump man was in charge – he didn’t even have to carry his own briefcase.

So I say to the pretty waitress Who’s he? She gestured to shhh.

So after awhile I eyeballed this big shot. I was thinking Who are you; Whats your game? Meanwhile he was thinking you are a young tourist here chasing Ukrainian birds. You are harmless, so I will let you go, but I could have you roughed up before you get to your hotel room. Who knows I may even give a kind gesture and set you up with one of my girls (which is another amazing story)

Anyway if these are the kind of businessman / buyers of Balkan mines, Milos may want to tread a touch softly. Fortunately he is native lawyer to the former Yugoslavia
