Reminder to all that share price is not an indicator of the value/size of a company, merely how many shares are on issue.

Xero for example actually has a lower market cap than Afterpay (just). Also for the record has about double the revenue. So if you look at it that way you could possibly say that APT is overvalued.

That said value is in the eyes of the beholder and there are many reasons that APT has such a high price to sales multiple, though I'd say the biggest ones are the growth potential and general market hype.

I am bullish on APT and have owned since $2.70 but there is a loooot of hype baked into the valuation - and the evidence is quite clear when you look at some of the commenters in this forum...
