Thanks for the posts Pastimer and JD. Some posters have suggested that the market would value AUZ at the 12-13 cents option SK Innov has for 20% of the company. While this is higher than the SP of 9.1 cents at the moment, posters are not recognising that this is still a discounted price provided to a company which is offering to buy all the product and assist in the other ways mentioned in the article. The value of the shares would be expected to be much higher. A more accurate measure of what the company value is what you both have outlined. I guess we will see next week.

To head off some potential criticism - yes I am a long time holder. Yes I hold a large parcel of stock. No I am not a DT. It's just that I don't often post. I am not sure why any of that matters but it seems to matter to some. I prefer to be critique on the content of my posts and not any perceived motives.
