Agree 1%, I dont think a CR will be this side of Christmas but if needed will see it more towards Feb where after results from drilling hopefully our SP will be nearing 5c + which will help with reducing dilution and I dont believe they will need many $$$ and will keep the CR very slim, raising exactly what is needed to cover costs for the gold and Halloysite projects.
Secondly the SP runs after each CR so it will would be a win win.
