Further to my post on Wed. I received an email of response from Keith Whitehouse. It is in regards to the many queries emailed to the company about the strange events currently transpiring at board level. Not happy chappies unfortunately and I hope KWs letter can explain things to shareholders!

There are a number of issues within Iron Mountain Mining at present whichrevolve around attempts by a director and major shareholder, Mr. DavidZohar, to take control of your company. Neither Mr. Watts nor myselfconsider these actions to be in the interest of shareholders, as a result weare currently preparing a letter to shareholders to inform them of what isbeing attempted. We are also taking legal advice and initiating appropriateaction to ensure that shareholders interests are respected. We hope youwill offer us your support in our endeavours.
