What I'm also noticing is a move towards large integrated buildings/communities in Melbourne. Massive towers connected by shopping malls etc. I've recently moved into one and when I was walking through the car park I couldn't help but marvel at the sheer amount of copper in all the pipes throughout the building. A copper hit would be amazing.
