Been trying to do that for few years, but surrounded by a few "interesting" people. One does not want to sell because he wants to keep the property as an inheritance for his kids (who will sell it straight away when the parents die) Another wants to stay put until his kids finish school another 6 years. Another is expecting too much money Another will only deal with one agent and will not talk to others. etc etc However, as you suggested, there are a few people who are interested in selling and are adjoining to my property which will give the developer close to 40 acres to work with. Small steps!!!
