Below is a chart of UK Gas future prices. The initial NPV HHR did in June 2022 used 81, seasonally we hit 83 but futures also touch low-mid 60's, average price between 2026 and 2029 is 72.40. AUD has depreciated ~5% since June 22 so that is favourable from an Aussie perspective but doesn't help the GBP based NPV decision model at all, I couldn't find the WACC figure they used either but didn't hunt very hard for it.
Anyhow I took some comfort that Bell Potter and Euroz both have 9c AUD and 11c AUD valuations from Dec-23 for HHR with updated gas assumptions in those models, spot prices have fallen off a cliff since then though but futures hold up ok
