    Sorry Neil...but a question for next time and I know this was discussed a long time ago with no real conclusion BUT If MCL already had a Medical Cannabis Licence would QBL be obligated to announce it?

    Sorry for being pesky .. you may already know the answer from previous questions i missed.

    From memory the answer is NO?
