On Australia’s patent… if the application doesn’t progress to formal grant before Feb next year it’ll hardly matter imo. International jurisdictions that dwarf Australia’s market are already granting the patent.
Funny that the AFR’s article wouldn’t comment on that, instead choosing to insinuate Archer “hid” queries from the AUS patent office. Rather strange in that it is publicly accessible info… so difficult to hide even if you wanted to.
AFR article did acknowledge though more and more market participants are choosing to do their research on forums like Hotcopper… I wonder why?
