Analysta
Sometimes they release things like forecasts, planned asset sales, future sales and marketing strategies, etc. For example last year Ansell released the news that they were looking to sell the sexual wellness side of the business. The sale did not occur for some time later, however they chose to inform the investor of future plans. In this case they are under no obligation to release news as it happens even though it can greatly impact price and projection.
