It looks like the Thai media was well informed about the state of play of the Chatree "deal".

RSK is cutting it too fine as far as cash is concerned, and time is running out on his dream, which I feel will not have a fairytale outcome.

The share price will be back at $1.00 in the not next few weeks. Possibly going even substantially lower.

I really think RSK is being played by the Thais and is getting increasingly worn down. I do not expect any more concessions from the Thais, so at a minimum KCN will need to do a capital raising soon, as I do not see any western financier willing to lend them money without a final agreement on the dispute. And any loans will be with lots of strings and a high interest rate that will burden the company.

Protagonist is aiming too high in wanting to get back in at $1.50.

I hope people have taken at least some profits so that they do not lose their shirts here - I certainly have and will be watching my excess profits go up in smoke over the next few weeks/months.

As for the Chile silver/gold project, RSK took his eye off the ball there and should have sold to another party before the socialist took over - very few investors will now want to look at this project so its basically a longer term money draining burden rather than an asset, and I do not expect KCN will be able to get any useful money by selling. KCN may even have to let go of this project to "save the host".
