question other license agreements

After re reading the SPL reports, presentations and releases to the market I really have to question, based on the Rickett license agreements, how secure are the other agreements.

ie the Vivagel agreements with Okamoto in Japan. It reads very similar to Rickett License in that marketing, milestone payments, royalties etc. are all mentioned and all sounds very enticing. But like Rickett will this just disappear without explanation? Will Jackie possibly make an executive decision to cut them loose because.................

What of Ansell the bridesmaid and never the bride - how do their agreements read? How secure are they?

I have followed, supported and traded this stock for years and I think answers are needed now. How much is smoke and mirrors? How much is real?
