I have wanted this exact question answered a few years back....Howled down by those who said time to move on.
Market has a long memory & the $20m target is a prime example of why we are where we are now.
To dismally fail to achieve not even within 2 light years of a nominated target of $20m raises the questions;
1. Considering that OBJ came nowhere near this target what were the metrics used by the board to reach this target?
2. If a deal fell through that would have allowed OBJ to reach this target what was that deal?
To date answers have not been provided leading the market to the only reasonable conclusion as to why such a large figure was nominated. I will not say what I suspect that reason was, suffice to say that when I add it all together a rather disturbing pattern seems to emerge.
All these "events" add to the big picture & a pretty picture it is not.
