    Disagree.
    That type of culture tells the market the board may always be hiding some bad news.

    And just like a company full of yes men/women it creates a distorted picture that eventually catches up with those involved. This lack of trust in the board is a major factor in the current SP.

    Full transparency good & bad builds integrity, which seems not to be in the current boards dictionary.
