Running through a description of the status of each program and product by name would be unambiguous and useful.
They could save wasting conference time on dead programs by using some phrase gently indicating 'knackered', for example, 'not actively pursued at present'. Examining road-kill is not something to spend limited conference time on.
Likewise, recrimination about the soft launch / director selling coincidence is time wasted. What can they say that will change anyone's mind or make any difference, now?
Aside from questions, where I suspect the answers will be vague, the conference is an opportunity to say what we want from OBJ in the future. Not broad brush stuff like 'better comms', etc. and 'less BS', but something specific:
In particular, request them to periodically get unit production data from P&G and announce it - quarterly would be alright. That data wouldn't matter if the SP hadn't tanked, but it has tanked, so it does matter in the short term. They can stop when reported revenue grows to a sufficient magnitude.
