I used to tell my sales staff that they must try 5 times before they accept that the customer will not buy. History showed that most sales were made to new customers after the third call. History also showed that very few sales were made to new customers after the first call.
After the first call you ask "did they Listen", Why didn't they listen and what you need to do to get them to listen. After the second call it is a case of they listened, why didn't they buy. Expect an order the third time around or ask yourself what you need to change to get one.
I can't see it would be any different with Edencrete sales.
