This tweet below was by Australian shareholder advocate and activist, and founder of Crikey Stephen Mayne today. It supports what I posted yesterday and what is likely to occur at Starpharma’s virtual AGM. Yes, a question of mine was answered adequately at last year’s AGM but please ensure any written or (hopefully) phone in questions are as narrow, direct and tight as possible to leave zero wriggle room as possible for waffle, spin and obfuscation.

“Pointsbet AGM just wrapped up after 72 mins. Lobbed 22 questions through online portal with only about half being asked. Didn't help to have chair Brett Paton reading out the questions. He did a lot of editing down. Much prefer an independent or arms length reader of questions.”
