In questions to SPL address to whole board and include that you require an answer to be fully informed as per ASIC / ASx rules and so you can vote accordingly with your hodling at AGM. Don't allow these questions to go unanswered.
Please also request that all questions be answered in the public domain via website of asx announcement.
Shareholders need clarification on all the questions posed as there is conflicting information IMO and seemingly out of date information as to what stage / progress is being made especially with viraleze.
Getting a soft crappy answer privately and referred to previous announcements is pathetic and due to teh conflicting information avaliable teh share price remains in limbo as prospective holders are unconvinced all current information is valid and up to date .
Don't be palmed off with the " it will be in AGM presentation " as that doesn't allow questions tpo be specifically posed regarding teh information before you are required to vote especiually now they ahve gonr for a online format.
same for all other posters do it individually and under a group banner get all questions together and lodge them now - no reason to wait and it sends a message IMO that shareholders are nervous and intend to vote against at AGM and that will get board nervous .
The worse they palm you off the better you are informed about managemnts attitude towards information , clarity and shareholders in general when they have enough $ in the accounts . Sometimes I like underfunded companies a stehy have to come clean and update on a regular basis when raising $ !!!
