Correct @Q.E.D and it takes into account a 10% growth factor on the combined CM8/Track Pro Forma FY15 Financials.

The ride up from here will require the 12 instos to not flip us for a 10-20% gain.
A 6th consecutive quarter of increased message volume or at least on par as this is a soft time of year.
Evidence of cross pollination of the two companies.  
An update on Crowd Butler possibly with a 3rd party investment. We need the cash. Would love to see it as an app.
Accelerated paying down of debt and attractive refinancing.
An announcement on how Dom is chasing his 100 country connection 2016 target; another acquisition or organic growth.
A bomb under Track with Dom's passion as the accelerant as prior to the acquisition their growth YOY was slowing down which was one of the reasons I believe we bought it cheap.
And the main one is a strong half yearly report in February after the track payout with December as our strongest time of year.
