Not sure waiting until the 11th hour to do this is a winning strategy ? Most frustrated shareholders you reference would have voted online by now so I am not sure any of those would change their votes today even if a major announcement dropped ?


Any large numbers voting against remuneration wont look good for JF & Co. and of course if they do receive their first strike it is likely to have a media focus so again why wait until the 11th hour ?


Good luck today @joohnno but after seeing Item 4 in the MYR AGM Voting Results earlier this month where initially it failed through "Direct and Proxy Votes" only to succeed when another almost 200 million votes appeared in the "Total Votes Cast in the Poll" FOR section, I guess anything can happen - Perhaps one of the Substantial Holders wanted that person in ?
