Wowesny's 550,000 shares were converted nil paid options & 2.5m of O'Brien's cost $200,000 from converted loans at 8c.
The remainder of the directors shares I'm not entirely sure what the investment cost was because pre the 2nd tranche of CN's at 14c the total shares held by mngt was 850,000. Pre submission mngt shares were 2,027,939 less 850,000 means 1,177,939 from 14c CN's & the 850,000 at 8c? 850,000 at 8c = $68,000 + 1,177,939 at 14c =$164,911 + $200,000 loans = $432,911 invested in HMI by directors excluding founders investments.
On top of that the post listing on market purchases.
So to suggest mngt haven't any skin in the game is untrue.
