I have no doubt that SPL7013 has enough potential to be a company maker. To date it's a sad tale.

So true ....


Given the current Mundipharma SPL7013 license deal for Betafem Vivagel I think the inability to close a deal with them for Viraleze in India is one of the biggest and most obvious failures ... one would think an additional License with a current partner who is a top 10 pharma group in India wouldn't take this long but here we are more than 4 months on from the India regulator approval with nothing ?






The other red flag for me in India is that the approval process requires the appointment of a representative prior to approval and for the regulator to liaise with throughout the process .... seems like we can't even close a license deal with the representative we chose for this process some 4+ months on ?
