I am not negative on this ann. just thinking outside the square. BHP needs more rail capacity, if all networks are open, then BHP can build a 50km odd branch line (roughly 4-6 months) and start using FMG rail. The ore will end up at their port. all in all as RIO did, they will appeal and it will get lost in courts probably.
