    Seriously have never been overseas?
    You can walk into any retail shop and tell them I like to pay this over 12 month period (without interest) using your card (not GE Money or any other nonsense)
    You telling me this was possible here in OZ? even right now? If I go to Dan Murphy I buy bottle of whiskey and tell them I like to pay this over 12 month using my bank card. Is this possible?
