The thing about almost all current vaccines is they help your body modify your immune system think of it like all virus's are locks and your immune system needs to build/make a key to get in and kill the virus, the vaccine's are just sending your immune system the pattern/instructions required for the new key.
Now if Recce's anti virial line works that's a game changer its like a master key or more like a cordless drill? able to drill out the barrel on certain types of soft brass locks.... (virus's with bacteria like protective envelopes) it wont matter if the resident keeps changing/replacing the lock...
