My wife got one week. That the applicator is beneficial is beyond doubt. As others have alluded to here the applicator looks & feels gimmicky to the average consumer. The problem is the consumer has zero concept of atoms, molecules, electron shells & valences. If you try & explain that everything you see & touch is actually empty space (due to the distance between the electron & its nucleus) & the only thing that prevents you from falling through "solid" objects is the atoms/molecules repulsive forces you're looked at like a nutter. Unfortunately, joe & jane public think they understand how the world works but no.......no they don't. So the challenge for P&G is to let the results do the education. It'll be a hard & long road but I think we'll get there. Of prime importance is for another major to sign up. Tracking what chemist outlets are selling Olay is encouraging but this will not translate into a viable long term successful business.
