(ASX:TNG) has received the initial payment of $500,000 under its recently announced JV agreement on Manbarrum zinc-lead-silver project, Northern Territory.
A final payment of $2m is due by September 2013 for Sorby Hill joint venturers to earn a 51 per cent interest.
On completion of total earn-in expenditure of $4.5m a formal joint venture will be formed.
