re: asset sale Its ok to be offended if you think there has been an offence committed - but who do you think foots the legal bill for the director to defend the matter you brought?
You, the shareholder, do. And if the offence is found proven - the company as well as the director in question have to stump up the cash to pay the fine. And how tight, thereafter, will they hold the reins over any sort of information release at all? Not only will they refuse to answer shareholder queries - they;ll stop answering the phone at all. It doesn't bother me - but i dont think you do yourselves any favours by having made an issue of this one...in fact i dont see how anyone benefits at all. Your choice.
