Having been a former shareholder and have been sitting on the side lines watching all that has happened to this point with dismay....

After the debacle of the inaction at Narracoota and the lack of meeting time lines re the delivery of services and information the result with a potential partner and months of negotiation regarding BV has ended up with this SSP/CR.

I gave lots of info that i found out re previous activities of the managment team at RHM in previous posts here on HC and that was last year and guess what ? looks like not a lot has changed and on a day when a deal has been done re the debt ceiling in the US and the markets have a bounce the stock is looking at dilution....
best of luck and yes i would be making phone calls and sending emails if i was still in as well.... the holders waited to long to get this result IMO.
