Have you thought it possible we did have an MOU with NAB. Them not thinking it would be announced, then seeing it announced and getting backlash from employees. Doing everything they can to fix it. Then changing it to 'SOU' which is technically the same just might be perceived as better.
IMO it was NABs stuffup and think patrick and mark were doing everything by the book.
But honestly am just speculating theres no facts here i just dont see them being that unqualified to stuff something like that (neither is NAB but they have a reputation to protect)
Its a case of big guys having an advantage over the little guys.
