You can try ringing or faxing our company, i don't know if we have any staff there to answer the phone, it could be just an empty office for tax purposes. Depending on how many shares you had before consolidation is also a factor. I originally had around 32mil before, then after consolidation i now have 1.6mil. Either way, try and get hold of him and see what he has to say. If you choose to do nothing, then i think your vote will go to the chairman to decide, and past history says that the chairman will vote for all resolutions in favour.
