One previously overlooked observation from the chair's transcript that I re-read today (just before buying another parcel of this stock): JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) Australia "has recently mandated the rollout of Superservice Triage to its dealer network in Australia".
So, while "a manager" at JLR headquarters allegedly engaged in unfortunate business practices that terminated IFM products for JLR in most markets, JLR Australia is never the less rolling out IFM's Superservice Triage product.
