    It woould also be interesting if they could provide the market a bit more background on the newly appointed CFO and Company Secretary. Why the appointment date of 21 January and only advising us now? Also, I have done a bit of a LinkedIn search on him and if he is the person it would appear his credentials dont appear signifcantly strong to take us to the next level of a $500 mill Plus company.
