lory's projection/forecast seems pretty clear to me, he clearly thinks that KAB will never be in production and as a microcap spec, that is the most likely scenario.
Happy for you to say bottom drawer etc. but not happy for you to assign a an income stream to a coy which is unlikely to have any revenue. You may do the sums but please discount it by 95% to show some semblance of reality.
