I’ve seen nothing on the net to say they’ve managed to eliminate the need for cobalt but even if they did they still need to recycle batteries not stockpile them forever or send to landfill, all the EV manufactures need to get recycling in place so there will be a market for NMT tech.
My thoughts are an element of cobalt is most likely to be needed and when you recycle that you also get the other elements none of which are getting any cheaper, Loop.
